Two drivers were taken to hospital after a two-vehicle crash in Nottinghamshire.
The collision happened on Pinxton Lane, on the Kirkby-in-Ashfield/Sutton-in-Ashfield border.
The route was shut for around five hours following the incident, which took place at around 3.10pm on Tuesday, July 28.
Nottinghamshire Police confirmed both drivers were taken to Queen’s Medical Centre by East Midlands Ambulance Service and were treated for injuries that are not life-altering or life-threatening.
The road was closed while emergency services responded to the accident and remained shut while investigation work was carried out.
The road, which eventually becomes Brookhill Lane, reopened at 8.40pm.
