Nottingham Forest have announced ticket information for the opening match of their Europa League semi-final encounter against Aston Villa. Morgan Gibbs-White’s goal before the interval secured a 1-0 triumph for the Reds against Porto at the City Ground on Thursday evening. The result delivered a 2-1 aggregate victory over the Portuguese club for Vitor Pereira’s side and arranged a final-four meeting with Premier League opponents Villa. Forest will welcome Unai Emery’s squad in the first leg at the City Ground on Thursday, April 30 (8pm start). The second leg at Villa Park will follow exactly one week later. This promises to be a memorable occasion between two clubs with storied European traditions. Following their midweek success, the Reds have now revealed ticket costs and purchase dates for the match along the Trent. Season ticket holders can purchase adult tickets priced between £35 and £50. Senior season ticket holders can obtain seats for £35 to £45, while for younger supporters the range is £15-30 and for children it’s £10-25. Adult MyForest members will pay between £40 and £55 while senior members in this category can purchase tickets for £35-50. Member youth tickets are £20-32 and child member tickets range from £15-27. Should tickets go on general sale, adult prices will be between £70 and £50. General sale senior tickets are £40-55, youth tickets £22-35 and child tickets £18-30. The purchase window for season ticket holders opens at 2pm today (April 17) and closes at 2pm on Monday (April 20). MyForest Pro and Plus members will be able to obtain tickets from 4pm on Monday. In the last-16 tie against Midtjylland in the Europa League, Forest faced criticism for setting ticket prices too high. Concerns about numerous empty seats led the club to reduce prices on three occasions. This time, however, the Reds appear to have gotten it right from the beginning.
