Passengers departing from East Midlands Airport will gain new opportunities to reach Paris from next year onwards. Jet2 is launching nonstop services linking the Castle Donington base with the French capital, with twice-weekly departures lined up between March and October 2027. The airline revealed this growth initiative on Tuesday (April 21), alongside confirming extra connections from London Stansted and Manchester Airport. These new routes will operate from March 26 through to October 29, capitalising on rising demand for travel to the French capital, the company indicated.
Chief Executive Steve Heapy said interest in flights and holidays to Paris remains strong, with many holidaymakers keen to book early and visit this celebrated destination. The carrier continues to provide exactly what consumers and independent travel agents need by adding three fresh Paris routes for Summer 2027. This represents a significant enhancement to its Paris programme, and the company expects considerable enthusiasm from passengers and independent travel agents across each airport’s catchment area. The airline looks forward to welcoming more travellers to the French capital.
The airport also offers links to destinations such as Alicante, Barcelona, Antalya, Dublin, Lanzarote, and Tenerife.
